Ahead of 2028 Elections…

Jagaban Predicts APC Victory

In a bold and confident declaration that has sent ripples through Sierra Leone’s political landscape, prominent All People’s Congress (APC) stalwart and grassroots mobilizer, Jagaban, has predicted victory for the APC in the upcoming 2028 general elections. Speaking with unwavering certainty, Jagaban said the 2028 contest will not even reach a run-off — asserting that the will of the people is clear and unstoppable.

According to Jagaban, the mood across the country reflects a growing wave of dissatisfaction with the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP), as citizens continue to grapple with economic hardship, high unemployment, and the rising cost of living. “The people of Sierra Leone are ready for change. They have tested the system and now they want results. The APC is coming with a renewed vision, a united front, and a people-centered agenda,” Jagaban declared confidently.

He further noted that the APC’s resurgence is rooted in grassroots energy, party unity, and a strong message of national restoration. “The 2028 elections will not be business as usual. This time, it’s about rebuilding our economy, restoring dignity to our people, and bringing back hope to every Sierra Leonean. The APC has learned, reorganized, and is now ready to deliver,” he emphasized.

Political analysts say Jagaban’s statement reflects the growing optimism within the APC, which has been intensifying its mobilization efforts nationwide. The party has reportedly been engaging communities, youth groups, and traditional leaders to foster trust and rebuild its image as a party of the people.

Meanwhile, Jagaban cautioned party supporters to remain peaceful and law-abiding, urging them to focus on voter registration, education, and awareness. “Victory will come through the ballot, not through noise or chaos. Let’s organize, let’s register, and let’s vote massively for the APC. 2028 will surprise many — there will be no run-off,” he assured.

As the political temperature continues to rise ahead of the 2028 elections, Jagaban’s confidence captures the mood of a nation preparing for a defining moment — a moment where Sierra Leoneans may once again decide their destiny at the polls.
