The Western Region Chairman of the All People’s Congress Party, Chairman Kasho J Holland Cole have extended his humanitarian gesture to the people of Western Area Rural District, ensuring that Muslims and the vulnerable people have access to food for their Iftar.
His humanitarian support to the Muslims and vulnerable people reflects his dedication and unwavering commitment to fostering goodwill among the Western Area Rural District.
The distribution took place at the Frande’s Hall. The donated food items include: bags of rice, bags of onions and gallons of cooking oil.
Chairman Kasho said the initiative came as a result of his leadership as the Chairman of the Western Region under the APC party to supporting the well-being of people in the district during the Holy month of Ramadan.
He also conveyed a goodwill message from the leadership of the APC Party, encouraging communities to continue fostering peace and security in the interest of the district and the nation at large.
The Muslims expressed deep gratitude for the Chairman’s continued support. They maintained that such donation has brought relief to struggling Muslim families, particularly during challenging times.
“This year’s gesture from the Chairman is not surprising because he has consistently supported the Muslims during past Ramadans,” remarked Sheikh.
The APC Western Region Imams also offered prayers for continued growth and pledged to keep the APC Party in their prayers.
Hon. Abubakarr commended the APC Region Chairman for his unwavering commitment to the people in the district.
“Although several humanitarian support from other APC leaders have been made to the district, only Chairman Kasho has consistently provided essential food supplies to Muslims and the vulnerable during Ramadan,” they noted.
The donation ceremony concluded with expressions of appreciation from both religious and community leaders, highlighting Kasho’s impactful role in promoting social safety net through his leadership initiatives.
