By The Mighty APC Platform
A message from the All People’s Congress (APC) states: Comrades, let us speak plainly; what is ahead is not ordinary politics. It is not routine intra-party tension. What is coming is a high-level, well-orchestrated political operation designed to rupture the APC from within—quietly, strategically, and with long-prepared intentions.
If Chief Sam Sumana walks out of the PPRC with a victory, do not interpret it as a simple legal triumph. No. That will be the opening ceremony of a deeply engineered political project—one crafted behind closed doors, benefiting a specific network of actors while deliberately targeting one man’s political architecture: former President Ernest Bai Koroma (EBK).
Make no mistake: a Sam Sumana victory at the PPRC will immediately awaken an old but powerful political force—the anti-EBK faction. For years, they have been quiet. Not because they changed their hearts; but because they have been waiting for the right trigger. And Sam Sumana is that trigger.
We know the names: Alpha Kanu, Victor Bockarie Foh and Emerson Lamina.
These individuals did not fall out with the APC due to ideology, or national interest. They fell out because of deep personal and political bitterness towards EBK. Since then, they found comfort under President Maada Bio’s government—receiving protection, appointments, and influence. And in politics, nothing is free. These are political debts Bio must repay.
A Sam Sumana victory offers the perfect repayment method.
The Underground Strategy: If the PPRC suddenly tilts in Sam Sumana’s favour, do not think it is by chance. There will be hands behind the curtains. Powerful voices around Maada Bio—voices with unfinished battles—will quietly lobby, advise, and direct the process.
Why? Because Sam Sumana’s re-entry gives them: a legitimate opening into the APC; a chance to resurrect their Anti-EBK agenda; a political weapon disguised as a reconciliatory figure.
And when that door opens, the APC will not be dealing with Sam alone. The party will be confronted by: the anti-EBK establishment, rejuvenated; former APC bigwigs currently embedded in the SLPP system; the N.R.M. movement, waiting for any fracture to reassert themselves—possibly returning to their original power structure.
These forces will combine to challenge EBK’s influence and attempt to redesign the APC landscape.
The party goes on to talk about the true danger: Let us not deceive ourselves. This emerging coalition will not rise to rebuild the APC. They will rise to weaken it. They will seize the narrative, attempt to shift the leadership structure, and turn the flagbearer race into a battlefield aimed squarely at reducing EBK’s enduring political relevance.
And who benefits? Only one man outside the APC: Maada Bio. Because when you cannot defeat your opponent from the front, you weaken him from the inside. That is exactly the strategy unfolding.
Sam Sumana becomes the perfect tool—a political Trojan Horse capable of uniting every anti-EBK sentiment from both APC and SLPP. And because he comes with a reconciliatory face, the fingerprints behind the project stay hidden.
The real questions comrades must ask: This is no longer about whether Sam Sumana can win the APC flagbearer race.
The deeper questions are: who is orchestrating this sudden push behind the scenes? Why is this happening now, right before the national political struggle resumes? Who stands to benefit if the APC enters 2026 fractured, distracted, and fighting itself?
These are the questions that reveal the true agenda.
The call to action. Comrades, wake up.
The political terrain is shifting.
The storm is gathering strength.
If this project succeeds, the APC could find itself battling internal destabilization at the exact moment when unity is most needed for national redemption.
The Mighty APC Platform will continue to: expose hidden agendas; educate our comrades; protect the party from infiltration; defend the legacy and structure of the APC
This is not the time to sleep.
This is not the time to underestimate quiet political engineering.
This is the time to stand firm, stay informed, and remain united.
