As Much Done in 2025…SLONEC CEO Unveils 2026 Strategic Plan.

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SLONEC, Ishmael Bangura has informed journalists and stakeholders about his institution’s 2026 strategic plan. He made this disclosure at a press conference held on Tuesday 2nd December, 2026, at the Africell American Corner, Bathurst Street in Freetown.

Addressing his audience, Mr. Bangura stressed that SLONEC will continue to expand on its digitalization drive to match up with modern technological trends. He disclosed that plans are afoot to establish SLONEC’s branch in Liberia. He was delighted to announce that his institution achieved more than what they anticipated in 2025.

Mr. Bangura maintained that they are not only going to concentrate on the private sector, they also plan to empower over 2,000 young people in the area of digitalization. The SLONEC CEO underscored that come 2026, they will professionally reach out to other like-minded partners especially local partners. “We will continue to deliver quality service, enhance our transparency, compliance and accountability in our work both internally and externally,” Mr. Bangura stated.

The SLONEC CEO also revealed: “We have submitted a project to train young people in digital technology innovation. This project is aimed at national development. Despite our achievements over the years, we have not been sitting on a bunch of roses as we experience many challenges but we always proffer solutions to our challenges.”

In his statement, Mr. Greene, Director of Finance and Compliance said since the establishment of SLONEC, it has bred and produced leaders who are positively contributing to national development.

Mr. Greene said SLONEC has redoubled its training with team members on data protection. “This is part of our training obligation to each of our team members. He noted that over the years, they have partnered and collaborated with other stakeholders. “Our innovation, transformation has positively been translated by our team members and partners.

Princess M. Sawyer, Legal and Compliance Manager of SLONEC Sierra Leone, spoke on the services provided by her institution, noting that SLONEC provides professional accountancy and consultancy services to individuals, investors, businesses and non-profit organizations within Sierra Leone and beyond.

She also spoke on other services which include: payroll management, tax registration, corporate training services; citing a training they organized and carried out on behalf of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank. She added that other services include investment advice and facilitation of registration of businesses.

She emphasized that one of SLONEC’s goals is client satisfaction.

The session was interactive as the press had the opportunity to ask pertinent questions and answers were provided.
