In conversations with community members, many expressed unwavering confidence in Sesay. They highlighted his prompt responsiveness to their needs and his substantial contributions toward upliftment initiatives that benefit the elderly, youth, and marginalized groups within the Chiefdom.

Ibrahim Conteh, a local youth leader, shared an inclusive perspective on the community’s support for Sesay. “We are committed to supporting our own,” he remarked. “We believe that Umar Abdulai Sesay can indeed elevate our Chiefdom to new heights.” He underscored the intergenerational solidarity among voters, emphasizing their readiness to rally behind a candidate who genuinely prioritizes the community’s welfare.

Prominent female figure Madam Fatmata Kamara attested to Sesay’s unparalleled potential as a candidate, noting, “No one can surpass Sesay in the upcoming elections.” She lauded his compassionate nature and community-centered initiatives, asserting that the large turnout to welcome him reflects the love and respect he has garnered. “We urge the government to let us elect him as our next Paramount Chief,” she passionately appealed.

Kamara highlighted Sesay’s pivotal role in supporting schoolchildren, widows, and the elderly, emphasizing his significant contributions to agricultural support for local farmers and financial assistance for underprivileged children.

Shiek Sullay Kamara reinforced these sentiments by praising Sesay’s commitment and deep understanding of the community’s challenges. He asserted, “Sesay comes from the ruling house and deserves the opportunity to lead as Paramount Chief Obai E Feith should rightfully be granted to him,” contrasting Sesay’s consistent engagement with the community against other candidates known for sporadic interactions.
