Madam Fatima Conteh a popular female human right activist, based in the United State of America, has urged the international community to intervene in the political upheavals in Sierra Leone and ensure the prevalence of democratic norms practiced in our political dispensation.
She made this clarion call to mark the demonstrations in the USA of which thousands of Sierra Leoneans of all works of life participated with plar cards charting songs disowning the governance system of sierra Leone amist thousand of American who stood by the pavement taking photos of the hug crowed as they go by.
The renown activist lambasted the previous electoring process describing it as a complet violation of the lay down international rules of holding democratic elections. She call on the US government and other democxratic institutions world wide for their immediate intervention expecially as she put it the opposition parties where notr given the appropriate right and prevelages tro observe the counting in over 80 percent of polling station country wides.
