Davidson Bai Larkoh who was resides at Grass Field Freetown, was on bench warrant by the Sierra Leone Police for being against the June 24 Election Result published by the Electoral Commission Sierra Leone.
Davidson was a party observer for the All Peoples Congress at the Regional Tally Centre during the June 24 electioneering and he has been representing the All Peoples Congress political party throughout that period.
On that backdrop he has been attending various radio programs and been through social media forums declaiming the results published by the ECSL that it was not credible and legitimate and its high time he started telling the youth to be conscious and aware that the June 24th Election was rigged. Therefore, he as a patriotic citizen that has exercised his franchise for his mandated candidate will never agree with the published ECSL result and will not recommend His Excellency the President Rtd Julius Maada Bio as a legal and mandatory president of the Republic of Sierra Leone.
It was on this backdrop that the Sierra Leone Police issued a warrant of arrest for Mr. Larkoh at his resident owing to the fact that he had no right to go on air and social media forum sensitizing the youth that the ECSL election result was not credible as alleged by Mr. Larkoh.
Nevertheless, Mr. Larkoh explained to the press that as a legal and patriotic citizen of the Republic Of Sierrra Leone he has the mandated right to vent his frustration to the public of how incredible and lack of transparency the ECSL was, or was it a crime for someone to express his dissatisfaction on electioneering result that automatically left the Sierra Leone Police with no alternative rather than to issue a benchmark warrant of arrest for him which absolutely serves as a denial on the rights to freedom of speech for a citizen of a state.
On the contrary, he stated that he is presently in the country as he had nowhere to go but he is calling on all the All Peoples Congress political head to take note of this act and come to his rescue for justice to prevail.
