Government Secondary School Kingtom will take on WAM Collegiate in the grand final of the Western Area Inter-Secondary School Cricket Championship scheduled for Wednesday, 11th December 2024, at the Police Oval.
In the semi-finals on Thursday, Collegiate thumped St. Edward’s to set a finale tie with defending champions Government Kingtom who defeated Government Model.
Model will face St. Edward’s in an early fixture on December 11.
This four-week long school cricket is marking the comeback of the championship after four years of absence.
The idea is to create a formidable cricket base from which talents can be harnessed.
