REQUIREMENT FOR PRINCIPAL.

Applicants for the position of Principal must be a graduate from a recognized Tertiary Institution with a post graduate diploma in Education or its Equivalence, with a minimum requirement of HTC – Secondary, with at least eight years of post-graduate teaching experience, four of which must have been spent as Senior Teacher or Head of Department or both in a Government/Government Assisted Secondary School. Have foundational Information Technology (IT) skills, including:

How to use a computer, including managing files and basic programs and accessing the internet
- How to use email, including having an email address
- How to type and use a digital word document

How to set up a spreadsheet and use basic formulas, such as addition

and subtraction

REMUNERATION

Salary is in accordance with the current grades and scales of the revised salary structure for teachers in Sierra Leone Teaching Service.
