He reflected on the district&#8217;s history, noting his research on women in peace building had deepened his connection to the area. &#8220;Kailahun holds a special place in my heart,&#8221; he said, commending APC supporters for their loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Bangura praised former President Ernest Bai Koroma&#8217;s infrastructural developments, including the road network and pipe-borne water project, and urged party faithful to remain disciplined and united for the 2028 general elections.
