Any person, group, organization, or institution intending to enter, occupy, develop, survey, sell, lease, transfer, trespass upon, or otherwise interfere with this property without the express written authorization of Mr. Alford Wilson shall be deemed to be acting unlawfully.<br>The public is further warned that any form of encroachment, trespass, illegal occupation, unauthorized construction, land grabbing, sale, or transaction relating to the said land will not be tolerated.
