Since taking command, he has proven himself a trailblazer \u2014 not just managing crime, but reshaping how policing is done in Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From Force to Service&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The old story of policing was fear. IG Sellu is writing a new one: service. Under his leadership, discipline is non-negotiable. Officers found wanting face swift action. Those who serve with integrity are celebrated. The result? A Force that citizens are beginning to trust again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technology at the Frontline&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trailblazer embraces tools for tomorrow. IG Sellu has pushed digital reporting, data-driven patrols, and improved surveillance at ports, borders, and city hotspots. Response times are dropping because decisions are now guided by information, not guesswork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Back to the Community&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IG Sellu took the uniform off the station wall and into the streets.
