Information Minister Combats Misinformation through Civic Education Nationwide

The Minister of Information and Civic Education has embark on a district to district sensitization tours to educate the transformational goals of the Bio Administration and ensure that before the 2028 multitier elections, the public opinion on the Bio governance will be centered on his incomparable achievements, discourage any form of misinformation to ensure peace and National cohesion.

Minister Bah and a team of Cabinet Ministers have already held positive encounters in the Kambia and Port Loko districts and the next is scheduled for Moyamba district on May 26-27 2025. In Port Loko writes our correspondent, there was pump and pageantry, joy and jubilation last week as hundreds of people these include Paramount Chiefs Members of Parliament, Councillors businesses communities, school and college students accompany by teachers and lectures converged at the district council hall where they were schooled by a cabinet Minister and other invited guests.

Among the speakers was the Attorney General Alpha Sesay, the Minister of Interior Morrie Langho and other personalities. The AG gave a comprehensive upstate about the Constitutional Review and why it is needful especially in preparation to face the challenges of the 21st century and beyond. He deliver on its historic origins and express the need for public cooperation. The Minister of Internal Affairs wasted no time to inform the present status on National Security and gave a view on the Yenga situation.
