Kebbie Turay is prominent in the All People’s Congress (APC) party, particularly in the United States of America (USA) Branch. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the APC-USA District.
Kebbie has a remarkable and unflinching dedication and loyalty to the APC Party. This fine, noble, and unassuming individual has been the Chapter President for the APC Pennsylvania, Delaware, and South Jersey Chapter for over nine years, spanning 2009 – 2018.
During his tenure as Chapter President, Kebbie demonstrated and exemplified commitment and love for the APC Party with unparalleled honesty, sincerity, trustworthiness, and respect for everyone in the party.
He presided over a successful transition to another executive body in December 2018, with a stable and healthy financial standing of the Chapter. The Chapter membership at that time of handing over was remarkably outstanding.

For instance, since he relocated to the United States of America in the first quarter of 2002, Kebbie has helped over twenty-five individuals including family members, friends, and non-relatives to migrate to the United States to better their lives. He is simple and a friendly person with an ever-present passion for putting a smile in the face of others around him.

Kebbie is a graduate teacher, and a public health worker with close to over three decades cumulative experience.

Currently, Kebbie is the Vice Chairman of the APC – USA District, deputizing Dr. Suphian Kalokoh. Kebbie has supported Chairman Dr. Suphian Kalokoh in all endeavours, programs and projects of the APC-USA Branch, since its inception in February 2023.
He has played crucial roles in all the accomplishments and successes of the Dr. Suphian Kalokoh administration and in facilitating the achievement of such laurels.
