Alhaji Dumbuya made his first appearance before Magistrate Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 Freetown, on 14th March, 2025 on one count charge of house breaking and larceny.
According to the charge sheet on Thursday 6th March, 2025, at Turay Compound New England Ville, Freetown with intent to steal, and enter the house of Sallay Kamara and stole five gallon rubbers valued at Forty Leones each all total two hundred Leones and physical cash of Two Thousand Five Hundred Leones all to the tune of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Leones, property of Sallay Kamara.
When the charges were read to the accused person he pleaded guilty.
However, Magistrate Kekura sentenced him to one year in prison or pay the sum of One Thousand Leones, which he agreed to pay.
