Victory Company Installs Pipe-Borne in Wellington Community

As Sierra Leoneans continue to seek ways of alleviating poverty through various channels, Victory Company in Wellington has been at the forefront of efforts to help the less privileged live happier lives.

The company has also extended significant support to children’s education.Through its corporate social responsibility initiatives, Victory Company has provided learning materials to several

underprivileged schools. It has also constructed boreholes in deprived areas, easing the burden of water scarcity.

For example, the Wellington community has recently benefited from both borehole and pipe-borne water facilities, improving access to clean water.

A pupil of the Milton Margai School for the Blind shared that the school regularly receives gifts, financial support, and learning materials from the CEO of Victory Company.

 This support has enabled disadvantaged children to better participate in education. He noted that the company’s timely donations make the pupils proud to attend school.

Madam Sorie Kargbo, a resident, explained that her community’s long-standing water shortages are now a thing of the past thanks to Victory Company’s provision of pipe-borne and borehole water, as well as a Milla tank. She praised the company as the only one that has gone this far to uplift poor and deprived communities in the eastern part of Freetown.

In an exclusive interview, the head of Victory Company, Krishna, highlighted the company’s continued support for various communities. For instance, Dwarzark community has received wheelchairs for physically challenged residents, while the blind school has benefited from white canes. Boreholes have been dug in communities such as Wellington and others.

 Krishna stated that the company is proud to donate school learning materials and is pleased to see people appreciate their humanitarian efforts.

He added that these donations are made either monthly or annually
