INTRODUCTION: This has to do with a case of Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Misbehavior and death threats conduct likely to cause the breach of the peace investigated by the Magburaka police Station of the Sierra Leone Police against drug gang dealers who were involved in drug gang fight with other drug gang dealers who were owners of a drug center called Biggie Ten and Pool, one of the biggest drug cartels in Yele Town, Tonkolili District. This case was incidental for investigation.

10:00 Hours at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) Magburaka Police Station Tonkolili District. This department is investigating a case of Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Misbehavior and death threats involving drug gang dealers who were involved in drug gang fight with other drug gang dealers who were owners of a drug center called Biggie Ten and Pool one of the biggest drug cartels in Yele Town, Tonkolili District.
According to investigations, there was a drug cartel operating in Yele town illegally which has two prominent Politicians and other senior Government authorities who always stand by their side in terms of problem. investigations also revealed that this drug cartel employed youths of Yele town and its environs to work in that cartel where one Alusine Turay resident of Yel town, was also employed to work as a bar attendance in this particular drug cartel bar in Yele town. It was also revealed that, On Thursday 10th October, 2023, the owners of Biggie Ten and Pool drug cartel, one of the biggest drug cartels in Yele Town, got information that there is another drug cartel operating illegally in the same Yele town where most youths go and buy Kush and other dangerous drugs. So they decided to go and attack the owners of that drug cartel where most people are brutally killed and others wounded.
During the attack, Alusine Turay who worked as bar attendance, escape to an unknown location for his safety. Alusine Turay was accused of secretly informing the owners of Biggie Ten drug cartel which is one of the biggest drug cartels in Yele Town about the operation of a drug cartel in Yele town where most youths go and buy Kush and other dangerous drugs. This attack escalated and five family people believed to be the family members of Alusine Turay were killed because they failed to produce Alusine Turay who was accused of passing on secrete information to the owners of Biggie Ten drug cartel.
According to an intelligence received, the Sierra Leone Police in a covert operation conducted on Friday I I th October, 2023 at Yele town Community in the Tonkolili District, some members of these two drug cartels were arrested and now were presently in police custody at the Magburaka Police Station for further investigations. It was also revealed that, Alusine Turay was employed at the drug cartel inorder for him to sustain his life and he was responsible for the day to day living for his family when his father passed away.
According to the Inspector General of the Sierra Leone Police, It is an offense according to Section 4 (12) Cap 2 in the Criminal Procedure Act of 1965 of Sierra Leone that any person who involved in drug deal to destabilize the country will be prosecuted to life imprisonment.
The Police are working tirelessly to curd the use of dangerous drugs which is killing and destroying our youths in the country, and whosoever is caught will face the full force of the law.
On Thursday 10th October, 2023 police personnel went in search for those who were involved in the attack whilst they discovered a corps lying along the street with a note by its side with the inscription on it saying “Alusine Turay” is one of those who involved in the attack and if seen he will be killed and even his family will be killed. Upon receiving this information, Police personnel raided Alusine Turay’s resident to effect his arrest and to investigate him whether he is involved in the attack, s or in selling Kush and other dangerous drugs to the youths. But he is nowhere to be found. The police again for the second time issued a warrant of arrest for Alusine Turay and others who were suspected of involving in selling Kush and other dangerous drugs to the youths and he was declared wanted for the offense of Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Misbehavior. And his photos have been displayed at the Criminal Investigations Depart (CID) Magburaka Police Station and the Police are encouraging the general public to give any vital information that will lead to his arrest.
