Foday Kamara and Morlai Sesay have been sent to the Male Correctional Facility in Freetown by Magistrate Mustapha Brima Jah of Pademba Road Court No.1 on two count charges to wit Conspiracy contrary to law and office breaking and Larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the larceny Act of 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 6th June 2026 at #48 big Waterloo Street, the Western Area in Freetown conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit office breaking and Larceny
Count two further stated that on the above date and place both defendants with intent to steal broke and entered into the office logistics solution and services and stole therein one sub massive machine, one HP computer laptop all to the total valued of thirteen thousand two hundred Leones(13,200) properties of logistics solution and services
When the charges were read and explained to both defendants no plea was taken because it is a committal proceedings
The prosecutor Deputy Superintendent of police Eric A Deen Esq. submitted that he has served both defendants with a copy of the case and inquiry file. Both defendants admitted receipt of same.
Meanwhile, Magistrate Jah refused bail based on the seriousness of the offences charged and the matter was adjourned to the 30th June 2026.
