RCBank Unveils New Account Numbers and Cheque Books

Rokel Commercial  Bank (RCB) has unveiled new account numbers and cheque books announced former Union Trust Bank (UTB)  customers who have been successfully brought onboard onto the RCB  banking system following the integration of the two institutions.

According to the press release issued on Monday, August 31, RCB Management said all former UTB account numbers have been migrated to new RCB account numbers as part of the integration process.

Customers are therefore advised to visit their nearest RCBank  branch or contact the bank’s Customer Care Centre to obtain their new account details.

The bank also said plans are underway to redistribute new RCB-branded cheque books to former UTB customers.

According to RCBank, customers will be notified via SMS or telephone call when and where they can collect their new cheque books.

For customers requiring urgent cheque-related transactions, the bank has advised them to visit their respective branches with valid identification for assistance.

RCB apologised for any inconvenience the transition may cause and thanked former UTB customers for their patience and cooperation throughout the integration process.

The bank reaffirmed its commitment to providing customers with secure, reliable and improved banking services.

Former UTB customers requiring further information or assistance can visit any RCB branch nationwide.
