In an effort to transform the lives of average Sierra Leone scrap metal dealers, ODHAV multi industries has over the weekend donated a consignment of fully licensed and insured motor bikes to Sierra Leone scrap metal Association to enhance their operations across the Country.
According to the President of the Sierra Leone Scrap metal Association Mr. Abdulai Dabor over the past 3 years, ODHAV has added tremendous value to their raw materials by transforming it to quality infrastructural products for Sierra Leonean market and beyond.
He said the bikes have already been allocated to Regional and District Offices to fast track their work.
He therefore pleaded with the management of ODHAV to provide more support towards his association.
According to the General Manager of ODHAV Multi Industries, Mr. Mahesh Pandey, the gesture is a motivational intervention to support local scrap metal dealers across the country with motor bikes to scale up their operations.
He stated that since the inception of his company in Sierra Leone, they have played strategic and quality leadership in the steel industry of Sierra Leone with a special focus on customer satisfaction, trust, and confidence.
The Company has further created employment for over 500 Sierra Leonean Labour force in both the formal and the informal sectors in line with the Local Content Policy.
