SLFA’s President Babadi Kamara Interacts with Leone Stars

The President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, has visited the Leone Stars training camp at the SLFA Football Academy as preparations officially commenced for the upcoming international friendly matches against Liberia.

Addressing the players and technical team, the SLFA President warmly welcomed those who have already reported to camp, including Momoh I. Kamara, Amadou Bakoyoko, Alhassan Koroma, Samuel Ghandi, Saidu Fofanah, Abu Dumbuya, Mohamed Buya Turay, and several others. He commended their commitment to national duty and encouraged them to approach the assignment with the utmost seriousness and professionalism.

“Representing our country is about pride, honor and responsibility” President Kamara told the players. “This is an opportunity to our collective ambition of returning Sierra Leone to the African cup of Nations,’’ Babadi Said.

He further urged the squad to remain united and focused, emphasizing that success can only be achieved through teamwork and a shared sense of purpose. The Leone Stars are preparing for two international friendly matches against Liberia, with the first encounter scheduled for Saturday, June 6 in Bo City followed by the return fixture on Tuesday June 9 at the SKD Stadium in Monrovia.
