‘Salone’ Association of Bloggers Set To Storm Freetown

The Salone Association of Bloggers (SAB) is set to host its highly anticipated International Bloggers Awards on 13th December 2026 at Chapter One, bringing together bloggers, digital media professionals, content creators, and key stakeholders to celebrate excellence and innovation in the digital media space.

The event will recognize outstanding contributions from bloggers and digital content creators who continue to shape Sierra Leone’s media and online landscape.

A major highlight of this new era for digital media will also be the establishment of the International Organization of Digital Content Creators (IGDCC)—a global platform designed to unite digital content creators and bloggers from more than 20 countries around the world.

The organization is expected to create opportunities for collaboration, networking, professional development, knowledge sharing, and stronger representation for digital content creators internationally.

The upcoming awards and the establishment of the IGDCC mark an important milestone for Sierra Leone’s digital media industry, positioning the country as a growing hub for innovation, creativity, and international collaboration among bloggers and digital content creators.
