PUBLIC NOTICE

This is to inform the general public that the parcel of land situated at off Old York Road Benguma, Waterloo, is the lawful property of Mr. Alford Wilson.
Members of the public are hereby advised that Mr. Wilson is the sole owner of the said property and holds all legal rights and interests pertaining to the land. Any person, group, organization, or institution intending to enter, occupy, develop, survey, sell, lease, transfer, trespass upon, or otherwise interfere with this property without the express written authorization of Mr. Alford Wilson shall be deemed to be acting unlawfully.
The public is further warned that any form of encroachment, trespass, illegal occupation, unauthorized construction, land grabbing, sale, or transaction relating to the said land will not be tolerated. Any individual found engaging in such activities shall be reported to the appropriate authorities and will face legal action in accordance with the law.
Prospective buyers, developers, agents, and other interested parties are strongly advised to exercise due diligence and verify any claims relating to ownership or transactions concerning this land directly with the lawful owner before entering into any agreement.
